How long will my order take?

Your order can take up to 14 days to dispatch as every garment is made to order. After your order has been dispatched, for UK orders it could take up to 7 working days for your order to arrive. For international orders, it can take up to 28 days for your order to arrive. We try to dispatch it as fast as we possibly can however, during busy periods it can take a little longer than we would like. But please bear with us, it'll be worth the wait!

 

What to do if I haven't received my order and my tracking number isn't working?

If you haven't received your order within 2 weeks for UK and 28 days for international orders, please email us so we are able to look in to this for you. Please include your full name, email and order number. This is so we can deal with the situation a lot quicker. Your order number is a 4 digit number that starts with a #. For example #1001. You will find this in your confirmation email.

 

What service do you use for your domestic orders?

We ship all our UK parcels using Royal Mail.

What service do you use for your international orders?

We ship all of our international parcels with FedEx/P2P.

Please note: Import Fees: We cannot be held responsible for the payment of any Customs Duty/Import fees that may be a result of purchasing from our store – this is the full responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you are aware of and well versed in the imports regulations in your region.

 

What happens if my parcel is returned to you before I have received it?

If your order has been returned to us for insufficient/incomplete address, we will try our best to contact you. If international orders are returned they can incur a fee to be reshipped. If we do not get a reply from you within 7 days we will refund the item/s only.

 

I didn't receive a confirmation email?

Don't Worry! Just email us over the full name and email you think you used when ordering and we can resend the confirmation email.

 

Why was my order refunded?

Orders can and will be refunded if they are flagged by our system as being possibly fraudulent orders. The most common reason is that customers place an order using a proxy internet connection. Any orders placed using a proxy internet connection will automatically be flagged and refunded.

Please do not use PayPal eCheck when paying for your order. This means your order payment will be set to 'pending' and we will be unable to fulfil your order until the payment has completed. This can take weeks which is why we will be refunding all orders that are set to pending.

On our Contact page, please use your order number or full name as the subject to ensure that your request can be dealt with as quickly as possible.

If we do not reply to your emails straight away, please do not keep emailing as your first email will get sent to the bottom of the inbox meaning it will take us longer to get back to you.
